[Root] Fluff Hair for Rexouium VRChat Avatar/Others

Here is some hair for the rex ^^ It's fully rigged, with a physbone collider in there to keep it off your 'head' lol. Unwrapped and texturable. Too many mohawks so adapted this hair for the rexouium. However I have used it on a couple other models and it fits alright as well :3 Just toss it on your "head" bone and you're good to go!
