[Root] Lace Warmers for Rexouium VRChat Avatar

Lacey warmers for your rex ^^. A few of the other warmers out there seemed to clip a bit so figured I would just make my own and to share with all you ^^. Simple install, on your toggle hide the elbow fluff.

Included is the white/black lace and a substance file to color it however you wish with a guide video on how to do that ^^. Would make a good base for all sorts of arm warmers as they are skintight.
